Hey there, I'm Hannah
Lover of podcasts, true crime, and dessert. My husband and I live in Indiana with our rambunctious son and precious baby girl.
I have a background in the sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Forensic Biology from Purdue University. My passion for birth work began after the birth of my son in 2019, when I realized how much was missing in terms of education and support for families, especially when it comes to VBAC.
This realization led me to become a childbirth educator and doula, and to start Ebb and Flow Birth Co. My mission is to empower women with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate VBAC with clarity and support. I focus on helping moms create personalized birth plans, advocate for their choices, and address any past birth trauma, so they can have the empowered birth experience they deserve.
